SUMMARY:
Software developer position is open for Infor’s Cloudsuite division. The software developer will design, develop and implement Infor’s Cloud deployment strategy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in a dynamic team environment and execute on the strategy of deploying Infor’s Enterprise applications in Infor24 private cloud and Amazon AWS Cloud. Performs product design of new features, implementation, and maintenance of existing product. Prepare technical documentation and conduct unit testing and integration testing. Report to Software Development Manager.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• BS Computer Science or related area
• MS Computer Science is a plus
• 5+ years of software industry experience
• 3+ years of J2EE & Java design and development experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and development concepts
• Ability to independently design and implement robust solutions for complex issues
• Object-oriented development concepts and design patterns relating to core Java and latest frameworks
• Experience in Java Spring Framework
• Metadata-driven approach to designing applications.
• Good knowledge of fundamental database design principles.
• Working knowledge of MySQL or any relational database
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Amazon AWS or other cloud implementation experience
• Python or other similar scripts
• Scripting in Linux/Unix platform
• JPA or Hibernate experience
• CXF or other JAX-RS implementation experience
