Quota-carrying new business and account management sales activity. Responsibility for achievement of revenue and allied targets on a quarter by quarter basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
To work within the PM team with the objective of meeting and exceeding revenue targets for sales of Performance Management solutions (which includes Expense Management solutions). To develop a pipeline of sales opportunities from net new name prospects, existing PM customers and existing customers of other Infor solutions and to manage the opportunities from the discovery phase through to close and transition to the solution delivery and account management phase.
The role also involves reporting of pipeline status and activity through eSales and liaison with other functions within Infor such as Legal and Professional Services in order to achieve the desired objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience (E= Essential, D= Desirable)
E: Experience of working in a quota-carrying role for 5+ years. Demonstrable achievement of sales quotas. Ability to absorb information from prospects and internal Infor sources and to turn that information into a solution proposition and sales plan for each prospect. Ability to coordinate activity with both internal Infor functions and the customer to drive opportunities to a successful conclusion. Ability to write concise, unambiguous and accurate proposals and other documents.
D: Understanding of Performance Management / Expenses Management solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
A full driving license must be held. There are no specific academic qualifications which are essential for this role.
