For our Legal organization in the Benelux and the Nordics, we are looking for a:

Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

-       Provide legal advice to the entire organization in Benelux and the Nordics

-       Negotiate, draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, for example sales contracts, procurement agreements, intellectual property contracts and license agreements

-       Advise on the compliance of advertisements, promotional materials and labels

-       Practice preventive law by identifying legal and commercial risks and by formulating legal strategies to achieve the business objectives at the lowest risk

-       Provide training on core legal matters and on compliance with laws and inform the business on material legal developments 

Job Requirements:

-       Dutch or Belgian degree in Law and preferably a post-graduation degree in business law

-       At least two years’ experience as an in-house legal counsel gained in a similar international business environment

-       Fluent in Dutch and English, French and German are a strong plus

-       Extensive knowledge of contract and business law

-       Excellent drafting and negotiating skills

-       Affinity with technical procedures, able to understand technical aspects

-       Ambitious, self-starting, creative, result driven, problem solver, pro-active, energetic, flexible person

-       Able to understand, analyze and use facts quickly and logically

-       Willingness to relocate to Luxembourg
