POSITION: Product Support Analyst
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resp. incl. design & development of business apps for manufacturing; will work with remote teams for providing technical support and development of business apps; must interact with customers to gather reqs and create functional specs; and troubleshooting different aspect of solutions provided during maintenance phase.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Req 2 yrs exp. with Microsoft development tools and platforms including Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft .Net platform, C#/Visual Basic programming languages; experience with Visual C++, RDBMS systems Oracle, MySQL etc, SQL Server platform, database programming with SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL languages for developing stored procedures and triggers; and knowledge of Webservices, SOA middleware and Unix/Linux platform is required.
Education Req.- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Comp Sci, eng, or related field.
