Infor is actively recruiting Associate Business Consultants to join our Professional Services Team for our Human Capital Management (HCM) business unit.

POSITION:     Associate Business Consultant

LOCATION:    Novato, CA

TRAVEL:         Up to 80% - domestic; some international travel is possible

RESPONSIBILITIES:

For client implementation projects, provide high quality deliverables meeting timeline goals. To ensure our ability to meet client needs, participate in internal initiatives to improve infrastructure. Depending on the individual’s background and career goals as well as the business unit’s needs, areas of focus may include:

4   Business consulting

4   Technical consulting

4   Services sales

4   Project Management Office (PMO)

4   Enablement

QUALIFICATIONS:

4   Recent college graduates who are high achievers with a drive to succeed.

4   4 yr degree in Information Systems, Business, or Human Resources Management preferred.

4   Strong organizational skills.

4   Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.

4   Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

4   Self-motivated.

4   Excellent time management skills.

4   Team player with ability to build stronger peer and interpersonal relationships.

4   Good problem solving and analytic skills.

4   Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications.

4   Ability to travel as needed.
