This position is within Infor Customer Direct, which will grow significantly this year. 

 

Looking for experienced French Speaking Sales Account Managers, to work within a team of inside sales professionals. Great benefits and compensation plans are above industry standards

 

Responsibilities:  

 

    • Building credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts, in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
    • Learning and presenting the value proposition for Infor’s business solutions within a specific family of products, and potentially within a specific industry.
    • Frequently work in a team environment with Field Account Executives and Pre-sales Consultants.
    • Utilizing, and accurately updating Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems.
    • Preparing and presenting quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Must speak Fluent French
  • Demonstrable proven experience in quota carrying sales role
    • Preferred:  within IT solutions/software sales
  • Previous consistent over-achievement of own revenue targets as account manager/representative
  • Experienced working in  Inside Sales teams integrated with Field Sales operations
  • Advanced level MS Office skills, Familiarity with management reporting requirements
  • Attention to detail, Accuracy, Integrity and Credibility, Adapts to change
  • Preferred: Degree educated in business or technology discipline
  • Demonstrates high level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrate passion for your company, solutions, customers, sales reps, and achieving lofty goals.
  • Self-motivated to expand personal knowledge of product/selling/management skills. 
  • Demonstrate professionalism, with above average organizational, planning, communications, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, both face to face, as well as over telephone and internet.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members, and leverage internal resources
  • Above average written and verbal communications skills.
