At the moment, Infor Employees are able to create accounts with characters that may be unsupported by the Sales Portal. We are working on a solution to this problem, but in the mean time, we ask that if you are having problems accessing the portal, that you change your password to contain only letters and numbers. The following symbols are examples unsupported symbols: ~`#$%^&*()_+-=/?><,.:;"'{}[]|\
If you are an Infor Employee, and you are logged in at an Infor workstation, you should be able to hit CTRL, ALT, & DELETE to bring up a prompt to change your Infor Network ID password. Your password on the Sales Portal is tied to your Infor Network ID username and password, you should be able to log into the portal with this username and password. Please contact the IT Helpdesk if you are having problems with your password. If you change your Infor Network ID password, you will have to use that new password to log in to the Sales Portal.
