POSITION: Industry Product Manager
LOCATION: United States or EMEA
SUMMARY: Experienced product manager to guide Infor’s industry product strategy in the High Tech and Industrial Manufacturing industries. The right candidate will have a diverse background in Industrial Manufacturing and/or High Tech Manufacturing industries with extensive background in ERP or supply chain management applications as a practitioner and product manager. This individual will be responsible for the industry roadmaps and play a key role as industry evangelist for High Tech and Industrial Manufacturing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop product positioning and release value propositions
- Guiding the industry roadmaps across the relevant products
- Working with product marketing to create sales materials and collateral
- Sales support and product evangelism
- Business requirements definition for the High Tech and Industrial Manufacturing industries
- Managing industry advisory boards
- Developing relationship with key industry influencers
- Developing the industry go-to-market strategy
- Managing product investments for the High Tech and Industrial Manufacturing industries
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or engineering discipline plus 10 year’s progressive experience in High Tech and/or Industrial Manufacturing with at least 3 years in enterprise applications product management
Required Skills:
- Hand-on experience running manufacturing or supply chain operation with ERP or other business application software
- Previous experience ERP LN, SyteLine, VISUAL, Baan, SAP or Oracle a plus
preferred skills & KNOWLEDGE:
- Background as industrial engineer, production manager or production planner
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
