To strengthen the Professional Services Team (PLM) in The Netherlands we are looking for a:
Functional Consultant PLM
The vacancy for a Functional consultant is within the PLM Optiva PSO team. PLM Optiva is the Infor Product Lifecycle Management solution primarily targeting the Food & Beverage, Specialty Chemical and Cosmetics markets in the Process industry.
In the role of Functional Consultant the candidate would be part of a Project team working closely together with Technical Consultants and the Project Manager to deliver successful implementation projects. Within the project team the Functional Consultant is responsible for discussing the Customer business requirements and translating these to a Solution Design within the Infor PLM Optiva software.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a project team member to successful product implementations by providing Functional consulting, training, coaching and support to the customer
- Leading Design Workshops to capture customer requirements and translate to a system Design
- Assisting and providing guidance to the Technical Team to realize the system configuration in line with the Solution Design
- Host and coordinate customer training sessions
- Acquire and maintain a strong knowledge of the entire Infor PLM Optiva suite
- Independently execute project responsibilities and tasks
- Coaching and knowledge sharing within the team
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software implementations in a customer facing role
- Team player with a “getting it done” mentality and strong communication skills
- Experience in PLM or the Process industry is a strong pro
- Willing to develop technical skills is a strong pro
- Language proficiency: English and Dutch fluently, French / German is a pro
- Willing to travel internationally
- Computer literacy:
o Required:
§ MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint , Projects)
§ Pro:
§ Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
§ VB6, VB.net, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT
§ Operating systems (Windows Server)
§ Knowledge of 3-tiers software deployments with Microsoft IIS
