Objective: The Document Management Specialist’s primary role is to manage the uploading, indexing, logging and routing of customer license contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and index contracts and other documents to the corporate document repository
- Route contracts for countersignature
- Log contracts in the Contract Log
- Email executed contracts to customers
- Email/deliver contracts to Order Entry
- File customer contracts
- Mail original contracts to customers when required
- Research lost contracts
- Assist other departments with inquiries and special projects
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
- Understand and adhere to the documented Infor policies
- Other duties as assigned
