The Channels Marketing Manager’s mission is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our global channel partners marketing efforts. As a Marketing advisor to our global partner network, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the global channel partners community, by sharing;

·          Basics of marketing in the context of the partners geography

·          Methodologies for running regional marketing campaigns

·          Tips and techniques to effectively manage marketing data

·          Basics and benefits of developing and maintaining good public relations

·          How to capture, write and share different types of customer references

·          How to leverage online marketing

·          How to use the power and influence of social media

·          Benefits, tips and techniques of running successful marketing events

·          How to leverage telemarketing to generate leads

 

As part of Infor’s commitment to our partner community, Infor has created a Market Development Funds (MDF) Program for our global channel partners to help fund partner marketing initiatives.  This program allocates money to support a partners marketing effort.  Managing this program entails:

·          Act as primary point of contact for employees and partners as needed regarding Infor’s Market Development Fund (MDF) accrual, reimbursement and tracking processes

·          Manage MDF Program process improvements to increase its effectiveness for partners

·          Partner with Infor’s finance and legal organizations to support compliance and to support annual auditing processes

·          Establishes requirements and works with IT and Field counterparts to define program infrastructure requirements

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of campaign marketing in the IT industry
  • Understanding of channel marketing requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
  • Self motivated ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across a number of projects and initiatives.
  • 5-10% travel
