SUMMARY:
Infor is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the development team based in Malvern, PA. Infor’s QA guarantees that our company's software works every time for every user while scaling to the highest levels. Our team is a collaborative, global organization consisting of engineers and QAs with the highest levels of technical depth, programming skill and a passion for quality.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
o Participate in reviewing deliverables from other development teams, including designs, test plans, and documentation.
o Provide training to other groups on the new or changed functionality.
o Provide internal support for products.
o Works effectively with developers and Product Management.
o Demonstrated experience in creating an integrated master test plan, designing detailed manual test cases, and implementing and working the test plan.
o Experience with testing Oracle & SQL Server applications.
o Experience with testing web based application that run on Windows/Unix environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
o Undergraduate in Computer Science or related field or comparable education.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Understanding of database concepts familiarity with writing and troubleshooting data setup scripts.
o Understanding of Change Control Procedures.
o Knowledge of various testing techniques and approaches.
