POSITION: Business Solutions Consulting, Business Solutions Consultant
The Business Solutions Consulting (BSC) Group must provide technical expertise and support to Sales and the Customer during the discovery and solution development phases of the sales cycle.
As the product expert for the Sales Team, the Business Solutions Consultant will advise and educate both the Sales Executives and the customer on the value that the Infor EAM solution provides. They must also understand and keep up with trends in all sectors related to business strategic initiatives (ex. TPM, Lean, Reliability, Level of Service, etc…) and relate how the solution meets/exceeds objectives.
As part of the Infor Strategic Direction, the integration of EAM with other Infor products is essential to the successful ‘Cross-Selling’ effort. The Business Solutions Consultant will interact with other Infor BSC groups to help determine the proper solution for initiatives that are cross-selling in nature.
Provide presentations, technical expertise and product recommendations and demonstrations of Infor solution capabilities to Customers.
Work with Sales Executives to present the strategic vision and objectives to C-level management as well as the tactical objectives and processes at the operations and maintenance staff level.
Contribute to the Discovery and Solutions Development in the pre-sales cycle for preparation of customer demonstrations.
Prepare responses for the customer RFP tasks related to Infor EAM capabilities.
Work with BSC colleagues to maintain product and toolset expertise related to the Infor solution capabilities and technologies.
Ensure cohesiveness between the Sales cycle and Customer expectations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Must have strong and demonstrable Business Development experience.
Master’s Degree (Business or Engineering) and 5 years experience in EAM presales, or 10 years experience and/or field design/planning and implementation of EAM or related applications.
Must have the ability/experience in presenting to C-level audiences.
Musty have exposure to advanced Asset Management practices/techniques such as Lean, TPM, Level of Service, etc…
