POSITION: Business Consultant for Infor CRM Business
LOCATION: North America
SUMMARY: Looking for a Business Consultant for implementation, customer discovery, configuration changes and training on Infor CRM Business 2011 (Microsoft CRM with enhancements)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Implementation Project
- On-site discovery with customer to determine functional requirements
- Document functional requirements
- Make appropriate configuration changes within CRM
- Training of customer implementation team
- Follow-up and support until customer is live
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 2 – 3 years of experience determining customer functional requirements, making configuration changes, and training on Microsoft CRM
- Knowledge of wholesale distribution will be useful
Required Skills:
- Implementation of CRM 2011
- Implementation of CRM 4
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Project management experience
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to talk to customer on non-technical level
- Travel will be required
preferred skills & KNOWLEDGE:
- Certification for Microsoft CRM 2011 will be required within 12 months of employment
- Certification for Microsoft CRM 4 a plus
- JavaScript experience
