POSITION: Software Engineer
LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include performing product design, bug verification, release testing, and beta support projects which may require research and analysis; performing design, implementation, and maintenance of single product modules/sub-systems or lower level issues on multiple products; preparing technical documentation; and conducting unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Required. – Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
Required Skills:
Requirements include 2 yrs experience with Cognos 8.4 (Data Manager, BI Analysis/Reporting, Transformer, Framework Manager, and Performance Application Console), Cognos Migrations from Series 7 to Series 8, Packager 5.1, SQL Server 2005 (SQL, Procedural Programming, Functions and Views), Source Code Management (SCM) using Eclipse IDE.
