Partner Password Reset

Please note this form is for looking up login IDs for Channel Partner accounts only. If you are an Infor Employee, you should use your Infor network login credentials to log in to the Sales Portal.

Channel Partner users: If you have forgotten your password, please enter your username below, and click "Confirm". If you are unsure of your username, you can look it up here.

Once you reset your password, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a confirmation link. Please click on the confirmation link in order to finalize your password reset. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter/junk email folder. If you are still not able to locate the password reset email, please log an incident via the Infor Xtreme Support Portal (www.inforxtreme.com).
